Scrap Collection Transfers
General Permits authorize the operation of municipal transfer stations for solid waste, including recyclables. IWM helps its clients obtain permits through the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). It then administers the permits through the Waste Engineering and Enforcement Division in DEP’s Bureau of Materials Management and Compliance Assurance. IWM helps clients to complete the registration and issuing of a wanted permit.
