BRAD GENTRY, LPG - President
Mr. Gentry has been President of IWM Consulting Group, LLC since 2024. He previously served as Vice President since 2013. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Hanover College. He is a licensed professional geologist in Indiana, Kentucky and Pennsylvania and is registered as a Certified UST Professional in the State of Michigan. Mr. Gentry's 25 years of technical experience includes managing hundreds of subsurface investigations; conducting hazardous material remediation projects, installing complex remedial systems, conducting vapor intrusion studies, assessing potential acquisition and divestment opportunities, and preparation and review of technical reports prior to final submittal to the client or regulatory agency.
TROY SMITH - CHIEF FINANCial OFFICER
Mr. Smith has served as Chief Financial Officer of IWM Consulting Group, LLC since 2024. He previously served as President from the company's inception in January 2006 until 2024. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Purdue University. He brings extensive industry experience from working for a national environmental consulting firm and for a Top Three waste disposal company. His main focuses are guiding the growth of IWM, cultivating their company culture, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring IWM’s processes evolve based on input from his team and their strategic direction.
GREG SCARPONE, LPG - Vice President
Mr. Scarpone has been the Vice President of IWM Consulting Group, LLC since 2007. He studied Earth Sciences at University of Indianapolis and has his Master’s degree in Geology from Ball State University, in addition to being a Licensed Professional Geologist in Indiana. He has over 35 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, including the regional management of multiple environmental offices; supervision of numerous subsurface investigations; remediation system design, installation, and operations; portfolio management for major oil companies; environmental construction management; underground storage tank compliance for c-store owners; and Brownfield/Energy grant writing/investigations.
CHRIS PARKS, LPG, LWO- VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Parks has served as Vice President of IWM Consulting Group, LLC since 2024. He graduated from IU with a degree in Geology and brings 20 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation. Chris is a Licensed Professional Geologist in Indiana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. His technical experience includes investigations of leaking underground storage tanks, remediation closure, RCRA compliance, corrective action plans, remediation work plans, and a variety of environmental surveys.
KURT BYANSKI, lpg - Senior Project Manager
Mr. Byanski is a Senior Project Manager/Office Coordinator at IWM Consulting Group, LLC in the Fort Wayne office. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Geology from Purdue University and Ball State University, respectively, and brings over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting. He is a Licensed Professional Geologist in Indiana. His responsibilities include project management, proposal writing, remediation and investigation activities, technical report writing and review, data evaluation, and field personnel management.
JEFF JACOB - SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Jacob is a Senior Project Manager at IWM Consulting Group, LLC in the Ft. Wayne office. After graduating from Trine University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to complete his Masters Degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management. He spent 13 years rising from a Field Environmental Scientist to becoming a Director of Technical Services. He serves now as the Senior Project Manager with IWM. He has his Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM) designation along with the OSHA HAZWOPER credential.
Steven P. Sittler, LPG- SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Sittler is a Senior Project Manager at IWM Consulting Group, LLC, affiliated with the Indianapolis office but operating out of a remote office in north-central Indiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science from the University of Indianapolis and an Master of Science in Geology from Purdue University. He is a Licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Indiana. He has over 35 years of diverse technical experience in the environmental consulting field, and is a recognized expert in remediation/closure strategy development and implementation. His responsibilities include project management, marketing and proposal development, remediation/closure strategy development, technical report writing and review, data evaluation, and management of field activities and personnel.
ANNE TKACZ, pe - PROJECT ENGINEER
Mrs. Tkacz is a Project Engineer at IWM Consulting Group, LLC in the Fort Wayne Office. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and is a Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana. She has over 19 years of environmental engineering consulting experience. Her experience includes air permit applications, air permit compliance, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, as well as other manufacturing regulatory compliance issues such as Tier 2 and SARA 313, wastewater, and safety.
bILL ACKLAND, LPG - PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Ackland is a Project Manager and lead point of contact for all Kentucky and Ohio projects for IWM Consulting Group, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Oregon State University and a Master of Science degree in Hydrogeology from Portland State University. He is a Licensed Professional Geologist in California, Kentucky and Indiana and has over 15 years of environmental consulting experience.
MANDY HALL, CHMM - PROJECT MANAGER
Mrs. Hall is a Project Manager at IWM Consulting Group, LLC in the Indianapolis office. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from IUPUI. She has 20 years of environmental consulting experience and received her Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) Certification in August 2006. She has worked on various types of projects including petroleum and chlorinated sites in the UST/LUST/ELTF Programs, Brownfields Programs as well as supporting in various aspects of NEPA projects.
